Getting started
Is the preview really free?
Yes. We design your new homepage at no cost and no obligation. You only pay if you want to go live.
Do I have to do anything technical?
No. You send us your logo, photos and details, then approve your site. We handle the build, hosting, domain setup and updates.
I already have a website. Can you redo it?
Absolutely. We keep what works, rebuild what doesn't and move it over without downtime.
How long until my site is live?
Most sites go live in 1–2 weeks after you send your details. Pro sites launch in about 5 business days.
Can I talk to someone first?
Of course. Book a free 15-minute call and we'll look at your business together and recommend the plan that fits.
Pricing and billing
Is there a setup fee?
Setup is a one-time $499, and it's free for our first 10 clients. After that, you only pay your monthly plan.
Is there a contract?
No. Every plan is month-to-month. Cancel anytime.
What if I cancel?
Your domain is always yours. If you want to take your site files with you, they're free after 12 months, or available for a one-time buyout fee before that.
What counts as a small update?
A quick change like new hours, a price, a photo or a paragraph of text. Starter includes 2 a month, Growth 5, and Pro unlimited. Extra updates are $25 each, and fixes are always free.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime, and the change starts with your next monthly bill.
Your website and domain
Do I own my domain?
Yes. Your domain is always registered in your name. If you don't have one yet, we help you pick and buy one.
How many design changes do I get?
Before launch you get 1 round of changes on Starter, 2 on Growth and 3 on Pro. After launch, changes count as your monthly updates.
Will my site show up on Google?
We set your site up the right way for Google and connect it to your Google Business Profile. No one can honestly promise a #1 ranking, but we make sure you're easy to find.
Will it work on phones?
Yes. Every site is built for phones first, with one-tap calling and fast loading.
Support
How do I request changes?
Email us with what you need, like new photos, prices, hours or services, and we take care of it.
How fast do you reply?
Within 2 business days on Starter, 1 business day on Growth, and the same day on Pro.
Can I call you?
Pro clients get a booked monthly phone call. Everyone can book a free 15-minute call before signing up.
